Milana runs the questions your buyers are asking, then records herself walking through what came back.
- The questions your buyers are actually typing
- The answers word for word, from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity
- The companies getting recommended in your place
- Why each of them is there and you aren't
- The first thing worth fixing and why it comes first
Sometimes the honest answer is that you don't need us yet. If so, that's what the video says.

Keep your SEO. It is the foundation for this.
You still follow Google's rules. You still need the technical foundation, the structured data and the page-one ranking. What changed is what that ranking is for.
Most of what a good SEO team already built is the raw material. What is missing is the layer above it. That layer is what generative engine optimization and answer engine optimization both describe, built on top of the SEO work rather than in place of it.
What this looks like in practice.
Three clients, reported in revenue rather than rankings.
Home goods brand
Same store, same period, against the traffic they were already paying for.
JC Toys
Nobody was managing that channel. Broken product data had been hiding the catalog from the engines.
FootScientific
Same products, same site. Buyers arrived with their questions already answered.

What our clients say.
When reviewing reports I could tell it wasn't just numbers on paper. There was an explanation, logic and questions where needed. That's where I knew we were heading in the right direction.
In medical devices, simply having a strong product isn't always enough to stand out. Seeing where we were being overlooked, and having a clear strategy to address those gaps, has been especially valuable.

Questions we get asked.
We rank well on Google. Why are we not showing up in AI answers?
It's a different job. Ranking puts a page in a list. Getting recommended means the engine has to work out who you are and then find something worth quoting, usually on a page that isn't yours. Strong SEO is the raw material and it doesn't carry over on its own.
We spent money with an AEO agency and got nothing. Why would this be different?
Fair question and we hear it a lot. Ask any agency two things: how many times do you ask each question, and can I see the raw answers. Most of them ask once, and a single answer tells you almost nothing. That's why the reporting looks good while nothing actually changes.
Why do I get a different answer every time I ask ChatGPT?
Because the answers genuinely change from one run to the next. We asked a single buyer question ten times in an hour on one engine and got 28 different companies back. One came up every time. Seventeen came up exactly once. That's why we ask every question repeatedly and report each engine separately, and it's also why a screenshot of one answer proves nothing either way.
What does it cost?
Retainers are scoped to what you actually want us to run, so the number depends on how much of the work sits with us and how much stays with your team. The audit is free either way, and you get a straight number on the call.
How long before anything moves?
Technical foundation inside month one. First measurable movement in citations is typically month three to four. Anyone promising faster is guessing, because the engines refresh what they know on their own schedule.
We already have an SEO agency.
Good. Keep them. Most of what a strong SEO team builds is the raw material this work runs on, and we often brief them directly rather than duplicating what they already do. Where the two overlap, we'll tell you which parts.
Which engines do you cover?
ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity. Copilot and Google AI Overviews are checked separately, because they surface things the others don't.
Is the content AI-generated?
Drafted with AI, edited and approved by people, and never published without your sign-off. The point is density an engine will actually cite, and generated filler is the opposite of that.
Do you need access to our website?
Not for the audit. For the work itself we either need access, or we hand your team the exact changes to make. Some clients start hands-off and move to implementation once they see the first results.
Is this GEO or answer engine optimization?
Same work, different labels. Generative engine optimization and answer engine optimization both describe the same job, which is getting your brand into the answer rather than sitting in a list below it. We call it AI visibility because that's the language buyers actually use. The labels keep moving. The work doesn't.
How do I justify this internally?
That's what the monthly report is for. Sessions, revenue, conversions, average order value and what moved, on one page and stated in money.
Someone is asking AI what to buy right now.
It should be you.
